About Me
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist with more than eight years of experience working in the field. My wife and I live in the Muscle Shoals area of Alabama with our two Great Pyrenees pups.

I believe that all people face challenges in life, and many of those challenges leave us in need of extra support. Through mental health counseling, people can begin the process of healing, empowerment, confidence, connection, strength, and belonging.
I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. My practice focuses on supporting people in several key areas:

Relationship Strengthening: I help my clients improve communication, build trust, and create stronger connections with their partners, family, or friends by helping them develop healthier relationship patterns and navigate conflict resolution.

Life Transitions: I help my clients who need support adjusting to new jobs, empty nests, grief, or other significant changes by providing guidance and tools to help them manage stress and cope with these transitions.

ADHD Management: I work with both adolescents and adults diagnosed with ADHD, offering strategies to improve focus, organization, and emotional regulation skills.

Autism Spectrum Disorder: I work with clients with Autism, and their families, by providing tools for communication, social interaction, and managing daily life challenges.

Anxiety and Depression: I help my clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or overwhelm understand these common conditions and develop coping mechanisms to improve their overall well-being.
